What are the best habits in the night?
- Take shower before dinner if possible . I take half shower means wash only hands , feet and face in winter otherwise full shower everyday as I keep on doing work all day 🙂
- Eat your dinner before eight pm unless you are in a party . Try to consume less carbohydrates and more protein as it’s quite filling and you need not use the washroom in the midnight . Trust me .
- It’s good to have a cup of hot liquid after dinner , I prefer coffee not to get sleep immediately as I take my dinner at seven thirty .
- Rinse your mouth with mouthwash and apply the night cream of your choice . I use aloe Vera gel .
- One thing I never forget is , to massage my feet with any cream . Take care of them because they are most neglected ones
- Don’t forget to slip into your night dress . You will feel fresh . And much better if you sleep in fresh bed sheet . I just remove my bed cover at night .
- Try to sleep using dim yellow bed light . It fills positive energy in the room . Should not sleep in a fully dark room .
- Before sleeping reflect whole day’s activity and note down in mind incompleted ones if any , to complete next day.
- Reading is the best habit while sleeping be it online or offline . Now a days I am reading Quora with soothing music . Music calms your mind .
- Never forget to send good night messages to your near and dear ones in case you didn’t get time to talk .
- Never forget to change your phone from silence or vibration mode to normal and keep the phone on the bedside table . Sometimes people regret for not picking up emergency calls . I pick up the phone even at midnight.
- Never forget to pray before closing your eyes . I normally chant Gayatri mantra .
