Which movie costume was too much for an actor to bear?

Jean Claude Van Dam was the original predator.

But apparently he was quite unhappy with the suit he was wearing.

It got extremely hot and they were in the jungle in the middle of summer, and the heat really started to get to him.

He apparently passed out a few times from dehydration while wearing this.

Compound this with him not liking the directions he was being given, and his sense that the movie might be a flop anyways, he decided to bounce out.

The role was eventually taken over by Kevin Peter Hall, a 7′1 giant who filled the role perfectly:

And we were all better off for it.

I really miss the action movies of the 80s and 90s. This excessive CGI has really taken a toll on film quality. Or maybe I’m just an old curmudgeon.
