Well, considering that by definition you have a severed radial artery and could bleed to death within under five minutes, I’d call that pretty freaking “this second” urgent.
Assuming you took care of this “minor” issue, and stopped the bleeding, if you wanted any chance of this hand being successfully re-attached, the sooner you get it to a competent surgeon, the better.
A few MINUTES extra probably won’t change anything, but you want to take hand and yourself ASAP to nearest tertiary care trauma center. Extra hour might matter here. . .extra few hours easily could mean difference between successful re-implantation and not.
If you can, wrap severed hand in plastic bag, and place it in an ice water bath, ie NOT directly on ice, which can cause frostbite and more damage.
Edit: Seeing as this answer has gotten a little more attention than I anticipated, I’m putting in some info as to what to do IRL in case your hand actually is amputated (or someone elses).
With only one hand working, you may not be able to operate your cell phone to look this up, so maybe read it now then hopefully never ever have to remember it.
