There is absolutely nothing to wake up in the morning and go straight to brush your teeth!
Physicians recommend brushing twice a day, which means that teeth should be brushed after breakfast and dinner, respectively.
Whenever you eat sugary food, there are lots of bacteria in the food plaque stuck in the teeth. And the acid produced by those bacteria directly attacks the enamel of your teeth. Whenever you brush your teeth, you remove the food that sticks to the teeth, that white sticky layer of plaque.
So, if you don’t brush every day after dinner, bacteria get a longer time (8 hours) to damage your teeth. Then, if you don’t brush your teeth after breakfast, they ruin your teeth again throughout the day.
Conversely, if you brush your teeth after breakfast, by lunch your face will be clean and germ-free. If you brush again after dinner, you don’t even need to brush your teeth when you wake up in the morning. After lunch, we don’t need to brush our teeth before dinner, we can tolerate that time.
At the same time, remember to wait 30-60 minutes after eating, then brush your teeth. Otherwise, the enamel of your teeth may be damaged.
